Introduction
Firstly and above all, we would like to make clear that of course {PokerInfo} cannot guarantee that you will win when using the online advisor! This program only gives a suggestion about what you could do BEFORE the flop, which is of course a very important part of the poker game. We do not guarantee any profits! The advisor is mainly programmed to give the beginner more feel about the game before the flop. Once again, we do not guarantee anything nor do we take any responsibilities for the outcome of your poker game!!

Furthermore, the advisor is written to be used only with Texas Holdem Limit Shorthand!

The advisor works as follows:

Enter your card, position and bets, and press "Calculate suggestion". The advisor will then calculate (taking into account a certain, in general winning strategy) whether you should fold, call, raise or re-raise. The advisor does not take into account if you are on the small or big blind. Of course, when the advise is to fold but you can check for free as well then check is the right thing to do.


Cards
Here you should enter the 2 cards you have in your hand:
1. Type in the symbols of the cards you have in the input field next to "cards".
2. If you have suited cards, also put in an "s" at the end.


Card symbols:
a = Ace
k = King
q = Queen
j = Jack
t = Ten
2 to 9 = 2 to 9

Examples:
aa = Two aces
ajs = Ace Jack suited
8t = An eight and a ten (not suited)
q2s = A queen and a two suited.


Position
In this input box you enter you position at the table (where you are sitting)

CO = cut-off, the last player before the button
Button = the player who is the dealer and the last to make a decision
UTG = under the gun, the player who has to be the first to make a decision
MP = mid-position, all other positions


Bet
In here you enter what bets are made by the other players

Opener = You are the first to bet, you are under the gun
1-2 Limpers = Two or more people have called the big blind
Facing a raise = Someone has already raised
Facing a re-raise = someone already re-raised
