Deleting cookies

Sometimes it happens that when you download a poker client through our website and create your account with us, it's not correctly registered through us. Suppose you download the software from Mermaid Poker through our link, but you've recently been to the site of Mermaid, it is often so that your account will not be registered with us as a referrer. This can work to your disadvantage if you want to benefit from actions, bonusses, freerolls etc organised by us. We always advise you to delete your cookies, before you click on a link to a pokerwebsite where you want to play. Deleting cookies will not do you or your computer any harm, and you will be sure the registration goes the right way.

Since not everyone knows how to delete cookies, we have the information gathered for you for the 3 most common browsers.

Go to 'Tools' and click 'Internet Options'



You will see the following screen :



Click on 'Delete Cookies' and you will see the following :



Click 'OK' and you're done.

On the top right of your browserscreen go to 'Tools' and click 'Delete Browsing History' :



In the next screen click 'Delete Cookies' :

Once you've done that, click on 'Ok' and you're done.

Mozilla Firefox

On top of the screen you click on 'Tools' and 'Clear Private Data'



In the screen which will popup, you remove all ticks, except for the one which says 'Cookies'. Click on 'OK' and you're done.
