To calculate your chance of hitting on turn or turn/river:

Lets say you have 2 pair on the flop, whats the chance you`ll improve to a Full House?

you have 4 outs, to calculate the chance of hitting on the next card, multiply your outs by 2 and add 1, so about 9%

to calculate your chance on turn/river, multiply by 4 and substract 1% for every out you have above 8, so 4*4=16 in this case

if you would have 15 outs, it would be 4*15 - 7 =53%

this is quite accurate

yeah otherwise you would have a 100% chance of hitting turn or river when you have 25 outs or more lol (not that that happens very often though)
