that sucks, you played the hand perfectly though, since you are both 150BB deep I think its better to call his 3bet preflop in position than to 4bet. Since the flop is very drawy you want to get in all-in on the flop.

well, if you think he is only 4betting AA here, than you should fold. If you think he 4bets with QQ+/AK but only calls a shove with AA, then you should call his 4bet I guess. My experience is that most players 4bet QQ+/AK and call a shove with this range, so for me not to push KK in this spot, I need to have a reliable sample of hands that tell me otherwise.

Against very nitty players who`d fold anyting but KK/AA vs a 4bet, I would call a 3bet instead of 4betting with KK, that way you keep 99-QQ in their range.

Tough beats to take I am certain that you cannot fold preflop with KK regarless of who you are playing or how much they bet. Alot of times when Im in this spot I say to myself "I know he has AA dammit" and sometimes they do but think about how many times they turn up 1010/JJ/QQ/AK/AKs
You win more in the end. Also a good thiong is you only lost half stack with your QQ. I think you played them all perfect if you ask me and I would lose them all the same way. 25 dollers better that 175,000
what can you do?
