Tough spot here. I think you are beat here and the min raise is begging for a call. With TPTK vs a nutjob I will most likly call. You put in 22 and have to pay 11 more so do you have to call? I dont want to but what is the right play here? If he reraised the flop I would have folded but he has a huge stack and must have been donking for a while so even a 63 has you beat but its just so cheap. The little fish inside of me is calling
