I think you have to call. I have to put him on AJ/Kj/QJ/JJ/QQ or KK. hard to put him on KK concidering you didnt get reraised preflop but do you think he called your raise with any str8 hands or 2 pair hands like J9 or 8 10. Honestly If I playing the hand I have him on QQ and Im gonna ship it. The min raise could just be a tester bet to see if buddy wants to stay in or get out as well. Its also hard to put him on a set or I think he woulda raised more.

Depends on opponent, but normally I would fold, don't think you can get your stack in profitably in this spot.
