The small stacksizes of your opponents make this an easy decision I think, I would raise to about 3/4 of the pot. I would also reraise more preflop normally, standard is 3 to 4 BB plus 1 BB per limper, so in this case somewhere around 1.50 - 1.75. In this situation its ok to raise less though, because your opponents have small stacks, so you need to raise less to deny them the implied odds to call your raise.
