I have almost no implied odds as villain has only $90 behind, so this is basically a call all-in. Options are fold or shove in my opinion.
I believe it's kind of a weird spot. The only hand that really worries me is 22xx, because he would raise all other sets on this flop I guess to build a big pot against a lot of possible straight combo draws. 22xx is not very likely though. The other hands he might play this way are turned combo draws like K2xx with a flushdraw, or A10xx with a flushdraw. And some bluffs maybe, but I don't think that's a big part of his range (max 5%).
So I shove.
