Anytime someone is raising ouut of the small blind I get a little curious. But I will just call here. I will probly play the flop a little more aggresive than normal because it seems suspicious

Calling is fine. How much does he raise in sb? If he raises a lot I would happily 3bet and get it in pre.

27/16 over 50 hands means I have 50 hands of him in my pokertracker database and in these 50 hands he has voluntarily (means exluding the blinds) put money in the pot (VPIP%) on 27% of his hands and he has raised 16% of his hands (preflop raise %, PFR)

This is important infomation that you can use to base decisions on.

there are pretty of times i would check the ace...if it gave me two pair and i was hoping to induce you to bet, even if it only gave me one pair i am still check, and of course if i didnt have an ace and was planning to check/call the turn.

but back to this hand. bet of $6 into pot of $9 has a very real feel to it. if you havent seen him bluff on occasion in this manner, then i might figure you are beat. if you dont know, calling him might be worth it just to get the information. but, for the record, i think you are beat (maybe, lol).

I belive your beat here and its too much to call I think. For me usually if Im playing my pockets vs a raise and by the river I havnt improved and am looking at two overs I will fold to a good bet.
