Usually for me when I get in these spots if I dont hit a set I will check/fold. I hate JJ.

well he 3bets 7% of his hands, which is {88+,ATs+,KTs+,AQo+} so he`ll often miss the flop. The fact that he checks makes it more likely that he missed. Betting protects my hand and makes the hand easy to play, if he raises i'm done, if he calls he will have 77-QQ most of the time. If I check behind I will be in a tricky spot if he bets the turn and the river, specially if a Q or A comes. All-in all I think I prefer a bet here.

He 3bets 7% of his hands overall, as you are utg we can adjust it to a somewhat smaller range, although you're playing 5 handed. So let's say 5-6%. This is important, because a call is good then. If he were 3betting 7% here, you could 4bet and call a shove profitably, more so since he only has 90bb. Maybe you can do the math?
On the flop you're either far ahead or far behind. There aren't a lot of scare cards I think, because most players would cbet Ax in this spot. So I wouldn't be too scared of an A or a Q on the turn. Also he could be checkraising with a flushdraw and then you make a big mistake folding the best hand. So the best line here is to check behind for potcontrol and also to keep hands in that might give you some value later, 1010-77.

Do you think players on this level adjust their 3bet range based on the position of the initial raiser?

I think that some players do and some dont. I certainly do and know that alot of players do not.

I think they do it more, cause mostly they think very low level, so early position gets lot of respect

So Should adjusting 3 bet range not be concidered? Or is this proper thinking for these stakes?

I think you should adjust your 3bet range according to position, but I`m not sure if most players do at this level, maestroB thinks they do, I think at NL50 most players have a fixed range of hands that they 3bet, regardless of the situation...

anyway, I checked to keep the pot small.

UHUH! I think you have to call now. 9 dollers into 27 dollers pot. Hard for me to figure this out as I will be contimplating if he really is scared or if he really wants a call? He may have wanted to check raise you on the flop with a monster. This is a strange river bet for me to face. I will look him up this time and take notes.

Hmmm it looks like he wants you to call, don't know if he's smart enough to make his bluffs also small in these spots? Also don't know if he could be valuebetting worse here? 1010? or 99?

If unknown I fold, odds look good but they're not.

yeah I folded it doesn`t look like a bluff to me, indeed odds look good but don`t see myself taking the pot down more than 25%
