yes, about everybody got it in both email and in private message box. So we really have no idea why some small selection of the users (and also always the same ones) have this problem.

We are now trying to reproduce the problem by loggin in the problem accounts self to check wether the passes arrive and what could cause that you don't get them.

PokerInfo.org team will not rest before this is solved an make it up by lots and lots of freerolls. We want happy members
