I hear alot of top rated poker players talk about these assets and I tend to agree with them on their importance
when playing. My problem is that I have neither of these two virtues. When I play I feel nothing except the reactions from winning or losing, nothing else. I also know that the the of the fore said virtues is pretty well a
death sentence when it comes to playin g cash poker. My question to you all is this, Do you have the fore mentioned virtues in your game or not? If you do then explain to me how you attained or discovered it.

I see them as information gathering. The "gut" feeling many players claim is nothing but an unconscious analysis of the other players. You get this ability by keeping track of all your opponents moves, even when you are not involved on the hand. This helps you make better decisions almost instantly.

This. Information on your opponents play is key. But it's only worth it if you stay at the same table for some time.

That's the thing. In most games, you don't spend enough time with the opponents to get a good idea about them.

Investing on a tracking software will help you on that. There are a few good ones. I recommend Holdem manager 2.
