What would you do if you had pocket aces (one of hearts and the other of diamonds) and the flop was, for example, 8, 9 and 10 of spades? Would you call one all-in if one guy pushed you?

I believe we need more information before you make that decision.

What was your position? what was his? Did he raise? Did you raise. What's his stack? What's yours?

You need to analyse all this different factors to achieve a good decision.

analyse how he played the hands b4. But i think the right decision here is to fold since there are a lot of hands that beat/might beat you. as XxJs could have numerous chances of beating your pocket aces

But it depends on how he played his Aces. If he just called or checked he made a mistake, you need to be agressive with them so you don't face those hands.

I would like to know what you do with low pocket pair such as dueces. I am afraid of playing them because unless you get three of a kind on the flop, it's not worth it.

That's called "set mining". you should only do that in later position and with 3+ limpers in front of you.

You will hit a set once in 8 flops. (7 - 1) so you need to make it count.

Yeah like i said we need more indormation. How many players saw the flop, did anyone raise preflop, what is our position relative to the all in player, did the player raise pre flop, is he on the blinds or did he limp?

We need a more specific situation to give an anwser.
