i have a small bank roll and i feel better with the sitn go's but the profit is much smaller then the tourneys if i want to build my bank roll is it best to play winning small profit with a better chnce of winning or go for the bigger money both being the same buyin.

sit n go is better for players who don't have patience to play long tournaments, the profit is easier to obtain even if is smaller.

45 is also good.
On smaller stakes you can reach as high prize on an sng like you played lot more hours on an MTT.

The 90 is too big, and you have to rach min. 12 to be ITM and the money can be smaller than on a similar buy-in MTT during same time period.

It depends on personal preference and what you are playing for. The main issue is that MTT turn into marathon grinds... averaging around four hours to bubble, and another four hours to completion.

Whereas SNGs can be over and done with by the time the movie you are watching is over.

You need to grind. Play 30+ sng each day and you will see a steady profit.

If you have profit, even a small one you are part of a small percentage of players who actually win at poker.

By all means try other sng's but if you don't win, return to the ones you can win.

It depends on the time you have to play. Take in consideration that for a multitable tournament you need much more time to play. PATIENCE!

I like bigger tournaments. There is a better chance of getting into the money.
