you are not the first raiser there and call a raise, then he makes a mini 3bet and you reraise, so dar so good.

But calling his all-in? mmmhhh, I think this is your big mistake!

Think about this: He is 3 betting (mini) with a raiser an a caller, if he is the kind of players tring a squeeze with a hand like AQ I think his raise would be bigger, and he surely wouldn´t go all in with this hand (maybe a flat call).
So I think when you called his 5bet all in you were facing AA-KK and mayyyybbbeeeee AK, so this is , IMO a fold!.

I would've folded that last bet. I believe it was clear that he had AA or KK

OK, I see at least three WTF's here:
1. Why do you just flat call MP's raise in first place?
2a. If you're setmining, then why do you 4bet when someone else min3bets and all you need to do is just call while having perfect odds???
2b. If you are trapping/slowplaying - that's awful. And I guess everybody knows why it is bad to slowplay even with AA, not to mention hands as vulnerable as QQ.
3. 4bet/fold line here would be the waste of premium hand. That's a bluff, no value here - nobody will call with worse hand. And that's a really bad spot for bluff, because nobody will fold a better hand as well. But anyway, if you badly want to bluff in spots like this - do it with 92o, not with QQ. Don't waste premium hands.

So, I would definitely 3bet after MP's raise and reevaluate the situation if BU 4bets. As played - call 3bet, you have great odds to setmine, also you haven't invested much in the pot, so you have good chance to reevaluate the situation on the flop when having marginal hand (QQ in this spot is marginal hand...) and not being pot commited. And don't 4bet because you just isolate yourself against better hands, nobody will 5bet bluff you here.
