IMO
I think is not hard for pokerooms to find out who is cheating.
Don´t forget they can analyze all hands every players is involved in, even those ones he fold.
I think they can make software checking coulsion just by seeing every player hole cards and crossing this info with every player in the table, and they can easily check if some player is playing in a very "perfect" (mathematcally speaking) and then pay attention to him specifically.
Besides, when you register on some rooms, you agree they can scan your computer while you are conected and see if you are running some suspicious software! ( yes, those times you were watching some porn while playing, they were looking at you )

definitely posting hands, even when you are almost sure it was well / bad played, is the best way to learn.
Every session you finish, you take a couple of hands, make your analisys and then post them here, that, along with reading some strategy articles and/or books should do.
Good Luck!

I think is a great idea. In the meanwhile, I think there are two things to do.
1) Use IPs and usernames to detect Pokerinfo members that posts passwords in other forums the moderators can ban them.
2) post worng passwords in those forums we know they are stealing

After lossing quite a few dollars with JJ I decided the best way to play them is like a good hand preflop and if an overcard shows it´s ugly face I play it like a regular pocket pair, maybe testing a cbet by reraising, maybe calling a small bet, maybe folding.
Yes, I know, I just described all available otions with any poker hand, but this is because I can´t make myself clear, but the idea is in my brain and it is working for me so far, so if I can put it in words, maybe i post it, or I make an article about it, or even write a book, or (why not?) I may start my own poker room, called JJ Ignatius Poker
