GNUF Sponsor Form
Here you will find the Gnuf Sponsor Action form to request the sponsormoney. Read everything carefully before filling out this form !
Name: Fill in your real name
GNUF E-mail: The e-mail address you've used to sign-up for your GNUF account. This can be the same as in the previous question. It's very important that you fill this in correctly, given that Gnuf uses this to identify you.
GNUF User name: Your GNUF player account name.
Bank type: The type of bank account you have. The possibilities are Neteller, Dutch bank account, Belgian bank account, Webmoney, Moneybookers, Paypal or possibly a pokeraccount of choice (for that you'll need to confirm with us first).
Number/email: Fill in the number of your bank account. When using Neteller, Moneybookers or Paypal please fill in the e-mail address which is connected to your account.
If you have chosen Webmoney please fill in your Webmoney Z Purse
Message: In here you can put some extra information in case needed.
You will receive $100 (Neteller) or $75 (Bank Account) in your account. Once we've received the GNUF sponsoring form, we will deposit the cash in your account within 3 days, which means it should reach you within 5 days (with Neteller it will be three days faster).
